BUYING YOUR GIFT CARD
Don’t worry if the price of a result report changes after you have purchased a gift card. Your gift card will remain valid for 100% off the chosen product and can be used regardless of any price alterations.
If you do not see your gift card email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder, and ensure that the payment was successful. If you still have not received your purchase, then contact support@terra-you.com and our Support Team will be happy to assist you.
Make sure you have the following information to hand:
The date of purchase
Your full name and email address used for the order
The unique order number
Your method of payment (ie. PayPal, credit card, etc.)
The type of gift card purchased (ie. IQ and certificate, or other premium result report)

All gift cards are sent as an attachment upon completion of purchase to your chosen email address. To offer maximum flexibility for our business clients we provide individual pdfs for each unique gift card code, so that you can choose exactly how you wish to disseminate them amongst your teams.
We have made the process of buying multiple TerraYou gift cards as simple as possible. When purchasing, select as many gift cards as you would like and add them to your cart. Each individual gift card you buy will receive its own unique code to be used at the point of reimbursement.
On completion of your order, you will receive an email containing unique links to each individual digital pdf gift card.

USING YOUR GIFT CARD
The TerraYou gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Taking a TerraYou personality test is always free. The TerraYou gift card can be used to purchase one of our extended result reports.
Depending on the gift card you have received you can buy either the IQ result report and certificate or one of the universal result reports for our other TerraYou tests. Your personal voucher code will specify which type of gift voucher you have received.

No. You may only use one gift card per purchase. Each unique code provides 100% off your chosen report and is valid for a single use.
No you cannot, and it should not be necessary to do so. Because each unique code gives you 100% off one of our premium reports, you should not need to split a payment between a gift voucher and an alternate payment method.
No this is not possible. If you have a gift card for the IQ report it is only compatible with this product. Similarly, if you have a gift card for one of our universal result reports then it can only be used in conjunction with one of them.
Yes. Gift cards are valid for one-time use only with any applicable products on TerraYou.
LOSING OR REFUNDING MY GIFT CARD

No, a gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other products on TerraYou.

GENERAL
No, you do not need to register to take any of our tests, however, we recommend it for the benefits that come with having a TerraYou account. With one, you’ll easily be able to access an overview of all your results as well as an archive of any premium results you’ve purchased.
There are several ways to access your premium results.
Firstly, you can access your report at all times by creating an account and logging in. Once you’ve done this, you can find all your results in the “My Account” section.
Secondly, we also deliver the results as a PDF report via email to the address you provided upon payment. In this email, you can access the PDF report by clicking on the “Open PDF Report” button or by clicking the link in the email. In both cases, the report will be automatically downloaded and saved in whichever the default folder is where all downloads end up on your device. You will see the message:” Your report is ready” as confirmation of the successful download. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note that the report is dispatched only after payment approval, which may occasionally take some time.
If none of these methods work for you and you still do not receive your report, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
The information on your certificate always comes from the data you provide us. Send us a short explanation of which field you’d like changed on the certificate and the corrected text by emailing the customer support team. To make any changes to certificates, we will require your full name (as it should appear on the certificate) and your date of birth.
In the case of a technical issue on our side or an issue related to payment (like double charging or a processing error), our customer support team is available to investigate and assist you. If these cases don’t apply, we unfortunately do not issue refunds.

To make sure it’s you, we send a verification code to your inbox; this code will be valid for 5 minutes. If you didn’t receive the code, make sure to check your spam folder. There can sometimes be a few minutes’ delay in receiving the code. If the email isn’t in spam and you don’t receive it after those few minutes, you can have the code resent from the login page by clicking “Resend Code”.
To delete your TerraYou account, please follow these steps:
Log in to your TerraYou account.
Navigate to your "Account Settings" section on the right-hand side of the page.
After scrolling down, you will see a red button saying, “Delete Account”. Click here to delete your account.
Note: Deactivating your account is permanent. Once you’ve confirmed deletion, your account information and data will be removed from our system, and you will no longer be able to access your tests, results, or purchased reports.
Reports are purchased immediately upon taking a test. If you want to gift your family members or friends the chance to get a premium report, please check out our gift vouchers here.
You can access all your premium reports at any time by creating an account and logging in. Once you’ve done this, you can find your results in the “My Account” section. Additionally, to access your free results, you can go to https://terrayou.com/test-name/complete/token (The token that you saved upon finishing the test).
